Essential Response Service (ERS)

We are able to respond on time to our clients call outs as and when you require us to be on site. This service is offered as an “ERS”.

We will be on site to fix your problem at our standard call-out rate plus hours worked on site plus necessary parts.

All Inclusive Service Contract We will attend site four (4) times in a year to carry out routine service and maintenance checks to ensure that our client’s equipments are in optimum running order, i.e. customers with this maintenance contract, Alcatraz Technologies will be able to respond to call-outs as a priority.
