The Automatic Bollard is an electric hydraulic-mechanically operated retractable bollard system. It is suitable for both security and access control applications.
The system is designed to bring desired environmental and aesthetic enhancements to perimeter security, securing perimeter access without providing a sense of social disorder and active alarm measures.
The system is also designed to withstand impacts and still operate, giving high security levels to all sites.

Static Bollard
They are passive bollards that sit fixed into the ground; they have been crash tested to the globally recognized standard BSi PAS 68.
The bollards can be installed on the perimeter line of buildings to create a standoff distance, and are ideal to restrict vehicle access to public areas, whilst allowing members of the public to move freely.
A line of fixed bollards will prevent a vehicle from driving at force into an unauthorized area, such as the front of an airport terminal, sports stadium or a pedestrian retail area.
